We manufacture ethically designed leather bags of great quality that don’t cost the Earth. We not only make a beautiful handcrafted bag, but also peace of mind that we care for.

The most important thing, these bags are not factory made negating all the possible pitfalls of mass- produced goods such as exploitation of cheap labor, poor working conditions and a reduction in the quality of the merchandise. All of our bags are locally handcrafted in villages deep in the countryside.

Leather-work is a traditional craft in our area which dates back hundreds of years and possibly more. As a result the quality and the finish of the leather is impressive and we pay a high attention to ensure the level of quality remains consistent.

Each one of our product is handmade with incredible attention to detail. Once tanned, the leather is double-stitched and riveted together. The bags are then oiled heavily and dried in the sun. This process softens the leather and gives the bags their characteristic deep, rich color, and sweet leathery smell that unfortunately mellows with use.

No chemical dyes are used at any time in the manufacturing process allowing natural weathering of the bags. Gradually the leather becomes amazingly supple, and after one year of use, the color is enriched. The bags acquire an antique finish and soft tactile quality; photos cannot do this process justice.

Remember these bags are not factory produced so do not expect factory perfection- each one contains slight variations in the leather- work that makes them individual, and many are expertly patched. We think this is what makes our bags special, and in the course of the weathering process, each bag takes on its own unique character that is testament to the natural way in which it was produced. You’ll soon find that you will become inseparable from your bag after seeing it change and develop a life of its own.

The strap I used on this bag are padded with foam and tied in stitching as well as with brass studs which make them to take twice the weight then their capacity.

Please Note:
Every leather item has distinctive color tone, which may deviate a little from given pictures and also differ from item to item.
Pure leather may have a few scars/cuts/marks on it.
Authentic leather may stink a little when it is brand new, but odor will go away with using frequently. To get rid of the smell, put it in fresh air for a while.
There might be some local custom charges which are unfamiliar to us, and are the liability of the client of the destination country.
